Risk Manager

Analyze enterprise risk and design strategies and tactics to mitigate, with a heavy focus on field teams, including management, team members, and guests; Manage claims involving workers compensation, general liability, property, and auto coverages, including organizing annual and quarterly reviews with brokers and/or insurance carriers to analyze claims and insurance issues as needed; Review risk activity information to target areas of concern and conducts field inspections based on such information, including the development and implementation of accident prevention strategies for safety and injury prevention programs; Evaluate the necessity of coverages and renewal of commercial insurance; Identify emerging risks and evaluates potentially hazardous conditions and practices; Assist in providing operation trainings and education to eliminate workplace hazards and exposures; Prepare industry presentations, surveys, case studies, and marketing support.
